Cookie Policy
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Laundrish Limited ("Laundrish", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, including Laundrish.com and related domains (the "Sites"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we collect and use personal data.
By using our Sites, you can choose whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies using the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies (such as local storage) that serve the same purpose are covered by this policy wherever we refer to "cookies".
3. The Categories of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Sites to function and cannot be switched off — for example, keeping you logged in, remembering items in an order you're building, protecting forms against fraud (CSRF protection), and remembering your cookie consent choice itself. Because they are essential to providing the service you've asked for, UK law does not require consent for these, though we still tell you about them here for transparency.
3.2 Analytics and Performance Cookies
These help us understand how visitors use our Sites — for example, which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and whether an order was completed — so we can identify problems and improve the service. We use Google Tag Manager, which (depending on its live configuration) may load tools such as Google Analytics for this purpose. These cookies are only set after you accept them via our cookie banner.
3.3 Marketing and Advertising Cookies
Where enabled, these cookies may be used by us or our advertising partners to show you more relevant adverts and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Like analytics cookies, these are only set after you accept them via our cookie banner.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our Sites are set by third parties we work with (for example, analytics or advertising providers), not directly by Laundrish. We do not control these cookies ourselves; each third party's own privacy and cookie practices apply to the data they collect. We only allow these to load after you've given consent.
5. How to Manage or Withdraw Consent
You can control cookies in the following ways:
- Using the cookie banner shown on your first visit to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page at any time, to change your choice.
- Adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies — note that doing this may affect how parts of the Sites function, since some features rely on strictly necessary cookies.
If you reject non-essential cookies, you can still use and place orders through the Sites as normal — only analytics and marketing cookies are affected.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new cookie or technology. We will post the updated version on this page.
This Cookie Policy was last updated 29-10-2026.
