Frequently asked questions
What's included in the Laundry Service?
Everyday clothing — casual wear, work clothes, gym kit, underwear and socks — professionally washed, dried, and neatly folded, ready to go straight back in your wardrobe.
Can I include bedding or towels in the same order?
Yes, but keep them in a separate bag from your regular clothing — bedding and towels usually need a different wash and dry cycle, so bagging them separately keeps everything processed correctly.
Do I need to do anything before collection?
Just check pockets are empty and keep anything that needs dry cleaning in a separate bag. Mention any specific stains or care instructions when you book.
How will I get my laundry back?
Freshly washed, dried and neatly folded, delivered back within 24 hours of collection.
SAFE TO INCLUDE
All personal laundry that can be washed & tumble dried.
You can include bed linen and towels, but we advise you to put
them in a separate bag as they usually require a different
washing/drying cycle.
